About Me
My name is Tiffany Wallace, known to most of the internet as Saryn Kitamo. I am a fledgling photographer, just getting into it as a hobby. I hope to possibly do photography as a profession, but I know I’ve got a lot to learn until I’m at that point. Until then I plan to take photographs, lots of them, because it’s something I really enjoy doing.
I use a Nikon D60 with 18-55mm Nikkor VR and 55-200mm Nikkor lenses, and Hoya UV, Polarizer and Macro Filters. I’ve also used an Olympus E510, which is actually the camera that got me interested in Digital Photography, borrowed off my Uncle, who is also a photographer. I also have a Cousin who is a professional photographer and the go-to girl for all things Nikon, Jennifer Hawes. Her immense help is a large reason why I bought a Nikon, rather than one of the many other camera brands. And she takes stunning photos.
My older brother, Chris, also takes photos. But not professionally. I don’t even think he has a webpage for it. I’ll have to nag him to get one. And then I’ll link it here. ^_^
My other interests include online role playing, reading, World of Warcraft, and television shows such as Grey’s Anatomy, Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis, Chuck, Heroes, Deadliest Catch, Mythbusters and Battlestar Galactica as well as many others.
I’m also a proud Canadian, living in Northern Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
